Shipping
Shipping within the United States is made via UPS ground services. Options are available for ground, 3 day shipping, 2 day shipping and next business day.

International Shipping
International customers placing online orders outside the United States will be contacted immediately after the order has been submitted and given a freight quote. Freight for international orders is not calculated at the time the order is placed online. Freight quotes can be received prior to placing an order by contacting our customer service department by phone at (801) 370-2434 or fax (801) 618-2911 or e-mail info@hhmedicalcorp.com.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The invoice will reflect pricing in effect at the time of shipment.

Payment
H&H Medical Corporation accepts Visa, MasterCard. American Express and Paypal for orders placed on our web site. Orders placed by fax can be processed using Visa and MasterCard. Orders placed by mail can be processed using Visa, MasterCard or a personal check. Please note that for postal orders the shipment will not be made until the personal check has cleared through our bank.

Phone Orders
Orders may be placed directly with customer service by calling 801-370-2434. If you are ordering a Simple ECG the order will not be processed or dispatched until H&H receive a copy of your prescription either by post/mail or by fax (801) 618-2911.

Returns and Repairs Policy
Prior to returning any product, please complete our customer service form to obtain a returns/repair authorization number and direct shipping information. Our returns policy is for the period of 1 year from the date of shipment. It covers defective workmanship, provided such defects are not due to false action or omission of the product by the customer or a third party. Proof of purchase must be included with all warranty returns/repairs. In the event that there is a manufacturer's defect or other situation that would warrant a product return, H&H Medical Corporation will repair or replace the product and absorb all costs arising from such defects including freight.

Claims
All claims for shortages or errors must be made immediately upon receipt of order to H&H Medical Corporation by phone at 801-370-2434. Items held more than (30) thirty days from date of receipt will not be accepted for credit.

All information sent to us is kept confidential and is not shared or sold to any outside companies. Please see our privacy policy and terms and conditions of use of our web site.

If you make any submission you agree that you will not send or transmit to H&H by email, (including through the email addresses listed on the "Contact Us" link) any communication or content that infringes or violates any rights of any party. If you submit any business information, idea, concept or invention to H&H by email, you agree such submission is non-confidential for all purposes.

Advertisements, searches, and links to other sites
H&H may provide links to third-party web sites. H&H does not recommend and does not endorse the content on any third-party websites. H&H is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites, sites framed within the H&H Site, third-party sites provided as search results, or third-party advertisements, and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. H&H is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, in the United States of America. H&H makes no claims that H&H and the Content are appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Utah, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

Complete agreement
Except as expressly provided in a particular "legal notice" on the H&H Site, these Terms and Conditions and the H&H Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and H&H with respect to the use of the H&H Site and Content.
